• an initial meeting to discuss the wedding and offer advice where requested
  phone and email contact during the planning stages
• a detailed meeting one week before the wedding day to finalise the details
  contact with all suppliers during week of wedding to confirm all the details you planned are in place
• attendance on wedding day to assist with the set-up and act as a contact for all suppliers and wedding guests
